Michelle Norris graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University at Buffalo in 1994, where she majored in English Literature. She has held many different roles including 13 years at M&T Bank and 16 years at Citi in Foreign Exchange and Information Security. Here at TeachSpin, Michelle works as an office manager.  She has many responsibilities such as handling quotes, shipping orders, and customer service.

She is also a mother of two beautiful dancers. The youngest is a High School Senior and her eldest is a Junior at UB and a member of the UB Dazzlers.
