Ami received her undergraduate degree from the University of Buffalo and masters degree from SUNY Brockport both in Dance. After teaching dance and choreographing musicals and show choirs, she went on to raise two boys, Nathaniel and Aaron both whom are out making their mark on the world.

Ami splits her time between Rochester, NY and Ripton, Vermont. Here at TeachSpin, Ami helps schedule trips for our 'Food Truck for the Physics Mind' to visit colleges all around the country. When not working for us, she enjoys working out, looking after her family, hiking her Weimaraner Eeyore, and volunteering for the Fairygodmothers of Rochester, an organization that dresses underprivileged girls for the prom.
